Marketing Management Trainee/ Marketing Executive

Areas of Responsibility:

• Brand Management

o Developing brand go-to-market strategy that is in line with company’s target for both short term and long term
o Champion Brand Equity and assets
o Brands to assist Brand Manager
o Analyzing competitors and current market trends
o Managing the budget of purchasing, inventory, sales, and all marketing activities

• Sales & Marketing

o Developing and executing of marketing & PR plan for both B2C and B2B, including promotions, activations (event, workshop etc.), and CRM activities in order to achieve annual targets.
o Planning and executing of all communication for both online media and e-commerce channels
o Media planning and executing media plan. Optimizing Digital Ads and marketing campaigns
o Analyzing and evaluating marketing campaigns and propose way forward.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Sales, Business Administration or related field
• At least 1-2 years of experiences in brand & marketing management. A background in cosmetics & skin care background will be a plus.
• Result-oriented, passionate, self-motivated, pay attention-to-detail, and work with can-do attitude
• Willing to learn and develop.
• Able to run projects him/herself at the very beginning
• Able to work multi-tasks & under pressure
• Love challenges. Willing to take new challenges.
• Good communication skill.
• Computer literate; MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Fluent in Thai and English communication
• High IELT or TOEICS scores will be a plus.
• Understand and be able to comment on graphics design will be a plus.
